At SKC TALENT AGENCY AND ART DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, we’re proud of the work we do. Since June 2020, there has already been 300 Participants in less than 6 months. we’ve been making our clients’ dreams come true by creating opportunities for exposures through social media, radio stations, road trips, flash mobs and other public Performances at bigger platforms. The media and radio stations love what we bring to the entertainment table, and has highlighted us many times in numerous press outlets.

SKC HISTORY: SKC Talent Company was founded in 2020 by Karabo Gaffane, Segala Nelson Malahlela and Candy Mohale. A year before, Karabo Gaffane who was involved in community engagements found that most youth in the community were talented but yet struggled to find exposure, which led to unemployment, theft and substance abuse
Karabo Gaffane and Segala Malahlela later initiated a plan to provide a bridge between local and professional level craft. Thus, creating opportunities and educating young generation with the ability to utilize their talent as a way of making a living.
SKC LEADERSHIP TEAM
1. Karabo Gaffane: SKC founder and CEO; Visual artist, dance choreographer 2. Segala Nelson Malahlela: SKC founder and director; Dance choreographer, Fashion designer and founder of Azante ZA company. 3. Maria Madihlabo (aka: BlessedInk): SKC treasure and admin; poet and book author. 4. Mahlatse Mmola (aka: Torry dion): SKC Marketing director, graphic designer, music producer, runway model and founder of Dion music record Studio. 5. Brilliant Maluleke: SKC secretary, gospel artist and motivational speaker 6. Ciliciah Chagane (aka: Cee The poet): SKC vice president, poetry composer and runway model.
Each of them possess unique knowledge on various talents, enabling all talent categories to be taken into consideration (such as: Dance, Art, Music, Poetry, Motivation, Beauty pageant, Fashion design, Acting and Comedy).
After the team successfully registered SKC TALENT AGENCY AND ART DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, this company came into existence. Till this day, there are more than 300 Participants that found a home in this SKC company.
The term SKC, is an abbreviation from it's founders: *S* = Segala (aka Nelson) *K* = Karabo *C* = Candy
The meaning of SKC is that: *S* = Sees beyond Talent *K* = Knows the hunger and desire towards making your dream into reality *C*= Creates opportunities for exposure
